Terms, in plain English.
Last updated 2026. If we change anything, we email you 30 days before it takes effect.
The offer.
$750 one-time setup. $300 per month after launch. Month-to-month, no contract.
Refund.
Full refund within 30 days of launch, no questions asked. After 30 days, no refunds on past months, but you can cancel anytime.
Cancellation.
Email isaiah@pitchworks.org. Seven days later, billing stops and the tracking numbers turn off. No cancellation fee.
What we provide.
Design, build, hosting, SSL, weekly backups, uptime monitoring, SMS lead alerts, call tracking, monthly report, storm-response banner, two content updates per month, auto-refreshed Google reviews.
What you provide.
Accurate business info, photos or permission to use stock, your logo or permission to create one, approval on the preview site within 72 hours.
Content ownership.
You own your words, photos, reviews, and business info. Pitchworks owns the code, template, and integrations. If you cancel, you keep your content and can take it to another builder. You can't take the Pitchworks template or the integrations.
Limits.
We're not liable for consequential damages (lost profits, missed leads beyond our control). Our liability is capped at what you've paid us in the prior 3 months.
Governing law.
Idaho, USA.
Changes.
If we update these terms, we email you 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel on those terms with no penalty.
