What we collect.
Your name, phone, email, and zip when you fill out a form. Your IP and browser when you visit (anonymized for analytics once you consent). The phone number you call from when you call a tracking number on our demo site.
What we do with it.
Route leads to the roofer you're trying to reach. Send you back a confirmation. Measure which sources work so we can help that roofer spend smarter. That's it.
What we don't do.
We don't sell your data. We don't share your phone number with third parties. We don't buy lists. We don't use your form submissions to retarget you with ads.
SMS consent.
Submitting the form opts you in to a single confirmation text. Reply STOP anytime to opt out.
Call recording.
Calls to tracking numbers on the Hilltop demo site are recorded for product demonstration. In two-party-consent states (CA, FL, IL, MD, MA, MT, NV, NH, PA, WA), an announcement plays before recording begins.
Google Analytics.
We use GA4 only after you accept the cookie banner. You can decline and the site still works.
Retention.
Lead data: 24 months or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data: 14 months (Google default).
Ask us to delete anything.
